Although the weather forecast for Sunday was 100% rain,

8 brave Guys and a Gal left the car park at Mandurah Forum.

Sometimes it’s just good to get on the Bike & ride, whatever the weather man has to say.

Bob Led & Shez took care of the back marking, a very pleasant ride through Lakes Rd & Hopelands, heading for Jarradale.

Parking my Trusty FJR outside the cafe I noticed an old friend I hadn’t seen for a while, he & his mate looked a bit wet, Mmm which way had they travelled I wondered, Roy told me they had been to Byford Bakery & on the way to Jarradale the heavens had opened.

After a chat I purchased a hot cuppa & sat down with the rest of the Mandurah Crew *( well not all, some had gone to sit in the sun round the back of the building.

Time to leave & still no rain, that’s what happens when you wear your wet weather attire, it doesn’t “rain”. Bob decided to cut down the ride due to the gloomy looking sky, & go straight to Dwellingup via Kingsbury Dr.  Nice & scenic ,normally travelling down Kingsbury, halfway down it started (  Torrential is the word that comes to mind ).

We pulled up just round the corner on South West Highway & decided to call it a day, well it is winter.
