Did someone say there was a Grey Haired Bikers Rally - With that news Friday found a few Ulyssians in Bridgetown.
Jeff S. Had a sign on his tent with warning about snoring and free ear plugs. On the note I decided the best spot for the swag was way down the back of the camp area. There was a couple of incidents that woke people from their reveries, so It seems I chose well.
Our resideent chef - Paul was up before sparrows fart every morning filling the camp with the aroma of bacon.
On Saturday morning, there were a couple of rides to choose from and on arrival back Paul had some lovely hot home made soup and a sausage sizzle ready for hugry and cold bikers.
Saturday afternoon Joe and Sue had some fun games organised. Toss the dunny seat, shake the toosh and swing them balls. They were such a laugh. Armadale took out the prize for the swinging balls and Mandurah took out the prizes for Shake that toosh and the best dunny seat throw. Kalgoorlie put in a great effort. The games were full of laughs and a great time was had by all who participated
Saturday night we congregated at the town hall for dinner, skits, raffles and a band. Mandurah Branch took home the Trophy for the skits. It wasn't hard we didn't have any competiotion. Thank you JUlianne for coming up with the skit concept. It gave many some laughs.
Sunday Morning there was a ride to Busselton or a winery tour to choose from. They have some nice wines down that way.
Sunday night there was a BBQ, raffles and band at the Sports ground. There was some great dance moves after a few sodas??
A fantastic weekend amongst great company. A huge thank you to all that made it happen.
